No guarantees

Every business is different. While we strive to provide valuable recommendations and proven strategies, we cannot guarantee search rankings, revenue increases, lead volume, business growth, or specific marketing results.

Payments

Payment is required before paid services begin. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.

Scheduling

Strategy sessions are scheduled after purchase. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may be considered forfeited.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations provided during the Google Growth Plan unless TaylorWave has been separately engaged to provide implementation services. Results depend on many factors, including execution, market conditions, and ongoing business operations.

AI-assisted tools

TaylorWave may use AI-assisted technology to help organize information, analyze data, prepare recommendations, or improve operational efficiency. All client-facing recommendations are reviewed by a member of the TaylorWave team before being delivered.

Confidentiality

Information shared during strategy sessions or while providing services is treated as confidential and will not be shared publicly without your permission, except where required by law.

Affiliate disclosure

From time to time, TaylorWave may recommend third-party software or services. Some recommendations may include affiliate links. We only recommend tools we believe provide value to our clients.

Intellectual property

Refund Policy

Free Masterclass

The Masterclass is free and does not require payment.

Personalized Google Growth Plan

Because each Google Growth Plan reserves dedicated time specifically for your business, appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or reschedule.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice are generally non-refundable.

Google Presence Launch

Refund eligibility, if applicable, will be outlined in your individual service agreement before work begins.

Growth Partnership

Recurring services may be canceled before your next billing cycle. No long-term contracts are required unless otherwise stated in writing.
